NEW LEAD RENOVAT ION RULES
Under new
state and federal guidelines effective April 22, 2010,
a contractor working on houses built before 1978 is required
to be certified as a Lead-Safe Company. Each project
is required to have one crew leader on site who has completed
training and received certification.
TDS has ten
certified employess currently on staff. Protecting the
health of our clients and employees has always been our
